You will have the opportunity to assume an advisory role for high quality deals and client matters, and cover a variety of income tax issues. Experience and Qualifications - 2-4 years’ experience providing high level tax advice. - Tertiary law qualifications, with excellent results. - Highly developed communication and problem solving skills. - Relevant post-graduate qualifications (eg. Masters of Tax) would be highly regarded. The Role - Advise on a broad range of tax issues (international tax, acquisitions, mergers, divestments, financing/refinancing, corporate structures, property deals, employee share plans, Government grants, debt equity rules and consolidations.) - Have the opportunity to progress your career in tax, and gain exposure to high level transactional tax work.
