Responsibilities
You will be involved in advising on a broad range of corporate tax issues including M&A transactions, infrastructure investments, financial arrangements, structured finance transactions and financial products. This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage multiple engagements, and to be involved with business development and mentoring staff. This is the perfect role to utilise your strong technical as well as interpersonal skills.
Experience and Technical Competencies:
• 6+ years of experience within a leading tax practice
• CA and or Law qualified
• Excellent academic achievements
• A Masters of Tax would also be highly regarded
