Tax Senior Associate - Sydney

Working on high quality client matters for divisions of multinationals with Australian subsidiaries and Australian multinationals with off shore businesses’ covering a wide variety of income tax issues, you will be an integral member of the tax team.

·         Advise on a broad range of tax issues, covering international tax, acquisitions, mergers, divestments, financing/refinancing, corporate structures, property deals, employee share plans, government grants, debt equity rules and consolidations etc.

·         Working closely with the tax partners, you will also be required to develop your internal and    external profile.

 

·         5 + years’ experience providing high level tax advice within a leading accounting or law firm

·         Tertiary law qualifications

·         Other post graduate qualifications like a Masters of Tax would be highly regarded

·         High level of communication and analysis/problem solving skills

·         Must be capable of making decisions and providing reasoning behind those decisions
