Responsibilities:
Advise on a broad range of tax issues, covering international tax, acquisitions, mergers,
divestments, financing/refinancing, corporate structures, property deals, employee share plans,
Government grants, debt equity rules and consolidations etc.
Experience and Qualifications:
• 2-4 years experience providing high level tax advice
• Tertiary law qualifications with excellent academic results
• Other post graduate qualifications like a Masters of Tax would be highly regarded
• High level of communication and analysis/problem solving skills
