Tax Lawyer / Tax Associate, 2-4 years experience - Sydney

Covering a wide variety of income tax issues you will be an integral member of the tax team working directly with partners and Senior Associates in the group.

Responsibilities:
   Advise on a broad range of tax issues, covering international tax, acquisitions, mergers,
   divestments, financing/refinancing, corporate structures, property deals, employee share plans,
   government grants, debt equity rules and consolidations etc.

Experience and Qualifications:
-  2-4 years experience providing high level tax advice
-  Tertiary law qualifications with excellent academic results
-  Other post graduate qualifications like a Masters of Tax would be highly regarded
-  High level of communication and analysis/problem solving skills
