Our client is a successful public practice with over a 30 year track record. They are seeking to add multiple senior accountants to the business to assist in full cycle work flow of business services and tax consultancy.
This increased need has arisen due to a recent surge of new clients. With this intake it has become apparent that senior accountants are required to assist from the start to finish of processes. Due to the size of the firm it is necessary that the incumbent is comfortable with autonomously and group lead projects with the understanding of start to finish control.

With salary reviews on a 6 monthly basis and bonus potential being very real this is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up.
Basic overview of responsibilities:
- Preparation of income tax returns, financial statements, and business activity statements for all entity types.
- A range of ASIC forms will need to be controlled from start to finish.
- Business development is not a forefront duty of the role, but is something that can be undertaken as work levels require.
You will be:
- In this role with the autonomous nature to some aspects you will be required to interact directly with clients and other internal stakeholders. In such, our client is requiring the potential employee to have an excellent level of communication ability.
- You will have experience with all the above responsibilities and are comfortable with supporting junior staff as required.
- Hold CA or CPA and have 5+ years experience
- Experience with Handisoft, MYOB, Quicken and Xero software will be highly preferred.
