Responsibilities
As a Tax Lawyer you will be involved in advising on a wide range of transactions including M&A, management investment trusts, local and multi-national restructures of corporate groups, infrastructure investments, financial arrangements, major property acquisitions and divestments, structured finance, international tax and tax litigation
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience within a leading tax practice
- A Law degree with excellent academic results
- A Masters of Tax would also be highly regarded
