Responsibilities:
As a Tax Lawyer you will be involved in advising on a broad range of domestic and international M&A transactions, infrastructure investments, financial arrangements, trusts, wealth management, structured finance transactions and financial products. This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage multiple assignments whilst utilising and further developing your strong technical tax skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience within a leading tax practice, top law firm or big 4 accounting firm
- Excellent academic achievements to date
- Ability to work on high profile transactions and complex legal issues
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to convey well-reasoned opinions
