Tax Advisor - 12 month contract - Sydney
A unique opportunity for a Tax Advisor to join an ASX listed resources organisation for a 12 month contract. Possibility for the role to go permanent.
Key Features: Listed oil & gas organisation Inclusive friendly team culture New Sydney CBD offices Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and lodgment of annual and bi-annual consolidated income tax return Preparation of BAS statements TEA Tax compliance for the group Tax advisory on Australian and cross boarder tax issues Involvement and assistance in various projects Managing and building relationships with various external bodies including the ATO Experience and Qualifications: Must hold an accounting degree 3-5 years’ experience in a CA or in house role Excellent communications skills Experience in year-end processes Strong TEA skills Remuneration: The package has been designed to secure an exceptional tax advisor and will reward a high achiever appropriately. Opportunities may be available for the right candidate to go permanent at the end of the contract.
