Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Associate you will be involved in advising on a broad range of tax issues, covering acquisitions, mergers, divestments, financing/refinancing, corporate structures, major property deals and tax litigation etc. This role will provide you with exposure to complex legal issues, managing multiple assignments whilst utilising and further developing your strong technical tax skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience within a leading tax practice, either law firm or big 4 accounting firm.
- A law degree and a Masters of Tax or studying towards would also be highly regarded.
- Excellent academic achievements to date
