Employment Taxes Manager - Sydney
This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional Employment Tax professional to further develop their career in a large multinational Australian listed company.
Key Features: Innovative and diverse organisation with a respected reputation Gain valuable experience and accelerate your career Unique and challenging role within a thriving team environment Responsibilities: As a talented Employment Taxes professional, and part of the tax team you will be responsible for building a strong interface into Senior Manager, HR & Payroll. You will formulate strategic plans, identify process improvements and implement new directives and best practise to minimize employment costs. Other responsibilities include: Provide Employment tax advice to senior management Assist mobility issues – both local and international including LAFHA Review the FBT process for the entities, including policy development Review payroll systems, payroll tax compliance and cost reduction Work with the tax group to establish strong relationships with tax authorities Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in-depth employment taxes experience working within the tax division of a large accountancy practice and/ or large corporate.
