Responsibilities:
Working on leading edge matters including:
- Part 4A
- Complex Tax Litigation
- Tax Losses
- Transfer Pricing Controversy
- Capital Gains Tax
- Bamford Trust
- Consolidation Issues
Growing the practice by developing strong relationships within the business, externally and by developing an external profile.
Experience:
You will have a law degree and current experience in tax controversy within a law or accounting firm. Those with a high level ATO or AGS tax litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
