Tax & Finance Manager – In-house – Sydney
This leading multinational company is looking for an exceptional Tax Manager with a broad skill set including systems and finance
St Leonards location – right by the train station Variety of tax issues - high level project work Systems and finance exposure Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for advising the business units on a variety of tax matters, systems requirements and the impact on finance Systems project work for GST and income tax Providing high level tax advice using external advisors as required Tax compliance, tax returns, and tax effect accounting Researching and advising on changing tax legislation Advising Senior Management on a wide range of issues Experience and Qualifications: Relevant tertiary studies including CA/CPA qualified Masters in Tax or working towards highly regarded 5+ years tax experience working within the tax division of a large accountancy practice and/ or large corporate with both a tax and finance background Strong tax knowledge and systems focussed experience High level communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management abilities are essential Broad finance background is highly desirable Able and willing to become a registered tax agent Remuneration: The rewards package has been designed to secure an exceptional Tax Professional and will reward a high achiever appropriately along with providing excellent career progression.
