�Responsibilities:

As a talented Employment Taxes Professional, you will be responsible for building a strong interface into Senior Manager, HR & Payroll in a company with over 20,000 staff. In this newly created role you will help formulate strategic plans, identify process improvements and implement new directives and best practise to minimize employment costs.

Other responsibilities include:

• Provide Employment tax advice to senior management
• Assist mobility issues – both local and international including LAFHA
• Review the FBT process for 20 entities, including policy development
• Review payroll systems, payroll tax compliance and cost reduction
• Work with the tax group to establish strong relationships with tax authorities

Experience and Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in-depth employment taxes experience working within the tax division of a large accountancy practice and/ or large corporate.
• An ability to drive change across the business
• Degree qualified - CPA/ CA
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and consultative style
