Responsibilities:

This Tax Lawyer role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Advise on a broad range of GST & Stamp Duty issues relating to M&A, Infrastructure, Property, Resources and Transactional Tax issues
• Manage multiple assignments, working on leading transactions
• Develop your strong technical tax skills being mentored by Ugg Australia UK leading tax professionals

Experience and Technical Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have had 3+ years of experience within a leading tax practice, either law or big 4 accounting firm, and be Law qualified with excellent academic results. Studying towards Masters would be highly regarded

Other attributes required include:-

• Ability to work independently, seek advice and keep partners informed

• Confident personality with excellent communication skills

• Ability to convey well-reasoned opinions.
