Responsibilities:

The role involves high quality work in tax advisory, structuring and negotiation of transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, private equity and cross border investment. There is also the opportunity to work with managed funds, financing/refinancing and on major property deals. You will often team with other practice areas as an integral part of the comprehensive legal services they deliver to clients.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Law qualified with least 3 years of experience within a leading tax practice, either law firm or big 4 accounting firm
• Ability to work on large transactions and complex legal issues
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients
• Funds Management experience desirable
• Studying towards Masters of tax highly regarded
