Responsibilities:

Due to our client’s continued commitment to growth they are seeking a talented Tax Lawyer for a key appointment within their tax team. You will be advising on a wide range of transactions including:

• Capital raising / financing
• Restructuring and group reorganisations
• International Tax
• Mergers, acquisitions and divestments
• All tax aspects of due diligence etc

Experience and Technical Competencies:

• 3+ years experience within a leading tax practice, either law or accounting firm is essential
• Experience working with clients in the Resources sector is highly desirable
• Strong client service ethic and your desire to provide technically excellent advice
• Law degree
