  • Part 4A
  • Wickenby
  • Complex Tax Litigation
  • Tax Losses
  • Transfer Pricing Controversy
  • Capital Gains Tax
  • Bamford Trust
  • Consolidation Issue
  • Business acquisitions, mergers etc.
  • Divestments
  • Financing/refinancing
  • Corporate structures and major property deals
  • International tax issues

Experience:

You will have at least 2 years’ tax experience, a law degree and current experience in tax controversy/ income tax within a law or accounting firm.
